It sounds like you may not have the latest version of DropCopy for mobile. Perhaps check and see if there is an update in the App Store – or else delete and reinstall the app from the App Store (you won't be charged twice – just make sure to "purchase" the same app you originally did i.e., the full app or the freemium version)
Likewise, make sure you are using the latest version (1.6.4) on your Mac.
