I use ipScanner and am generally pleased. However, I have two problems that I feel ipScanner should be able to address:
1. Devices with static ip addresses don't show up. (i can understand this but there should be a way ipScanner can be told to ping and discover these devices.)
2. Some devices in the DHCP server's client list don't show up. This is something I don't understand but should be manually patch-able if not fixed by you guys.
Any help would be appreciated.

Devices with static IPs should show up like any other device – but they must be active on the network to show up. In other words, they can't be asleep or otherwise unavailable to network probes.
We have received several requests for the ability to add manual devices/IP even if they are not actively showing up all the time. We should have this feature added in the next two weeks.
