Uninstall on a Mac?

I downloaded DropCopy to test it out but honestly don't think I'll use it for much of anything ever.

But I can't uninstal it. Normally it's just drag the application to trash and such. But I can't because it is "open". How do I delete this program off my computer??

Make sure you quit the app before you delete it! Dropcopy does not save any files in other places so just putting the app in the trash and deleting the trash will uninstall it.

I have the same problem. Eventually, I open the trash in Finder and drag the DropCopy from the Application folder to the Trash. Then uninstallation is done. Try it.

exactly. DropCopy cannot possibly run if it has been trashed.

You can quit it by looking for the drop zone in the menu bar, clicking on that, and then choosing 'quit' from the menu.

Also, if you can't find the drop zone anywhere, just throw away the app itself (even if it is running) and restart the computer. DropCopy can't run from the trash, so it can't restart automatically. Once the computer has finished rebooting you will be able to empty the trash and DropCopy will be gone for good (sigh).
