I put drop copy 1.4.7 on my iMac G5 and Macbook Air. Can't transfer files either way. MBAir just says there are no local destinations. iMac says it can see the other computer but when a file sent over I get the message after 10 seconds that it cannot be done, to configure firewall, etc.
So…I have configured firewall on both computers, have tried putting in manual destinations (though I am not really sure what name to use - use the one in the file sharing pref window). But none of this works.
I am running OS 10.5.3 on both computers.
Would like this to work as I can't get file sharing to work between them. Maybe something blocking it all.
