Hi,

 

I have DropCopy on 3 Macs.

- MacBook Pro

- 21.5" iMac

- 27" iMac (late-2010).

The iMacs are running OSX Lion.

 

Everything works fine between them, great product, I love it…except that when the 27" first boots up, the DropCopy dropzone does not appear. As soon as I open DropCopy preferences, even if I do nothing with it and cancel straight away, the dropzone appears.

DropCopy is set to show in All Desktops.

 

It may be Lion-related, but it's also specific to the 27" iMac. The 21.5" always shows the dropzone when it's booted up.

 

It's annoying to have to go to the prefs every time I start up! Please investigate ASAP.

It sounds like you might want to delete the prefs file and then relaunch dropcopy. Perhaps some pref got stuck in the wrong state.
